Our New Car

For Dads and Brothers! After 5 months of trying to sell our truck, we finally did and this is what I got for Valentine's Day! Hooray for me!

1. She loves to help mom
2. She loves to shop - I can't pick anything out for her. It always ends up getting taken back
3. She loves to wear makeup - every Sunday she asks why she can't wear lip gloss to church
4. She likes to be the boss
5. She loves to read
6. She is very sensitive and wants everyone to get along
7. She loves to play "Mom and Dad" (in my day it used to be "house")

I can't believe it, but Natalie turned 7 yesterday. She is growing up so fast. She loved opening all the presents. Grandma and Grandpa Blood spoiled her rotten, but she LOVED it.

Best friend Tea Party/Picnic

She was shy because Shannon Rosano* was in the family room when she woke up.

*Shannon Rosano is a girl from our ward that is living with us until she graduates from high school in June.

Daddy Daughter Dance

Curtis took the two oldest girls to the Daddy Daughter Dance at the school. He gave them some clip on diamond earrings (of course they LOVED them). They had a good time. Haley wanted to make sure that her dress worked while she was "rockin out." Those were her words.

Anybody for Prince? The girls were practicing their moves. I think that Natalie saw me dancing like that the other day. (I know the laugh is wicked - how embarrassing!)

Jammies from the Laundry

I had folded some laundry and put it on the couch. Kate then proceeded to take all the laundry off the couch and make a big pile. Of course you can't have a laundry pile and not find something to wear. So this is how I found her. What a stinker!
